hypermediative is a title for, a description of, and the status of, the various pursuits of Web Developer, Producer/Sound Engineer, and Musician/Composer/Songwriter Chris D. Butler. Though it could be were it hyphenated (hyper-mediative), currently "hypermediative" is not a word in the English language.

Working mostly with/in open source solutions and environments, largely with non-profit (Planned Parenthood, The American Assembly, many others) and arts-oriented (David Byrne, Streaming Culture, Meet The Composer, many others) clients, hypermediative (Butler's current web dev CV attached below) has developed web site projects and applications ranging in scope from extensive sites with custom content-management systems like this bi-partisan public policy think-tank (please note - administration of this site was handed off to Columbia University as of 2009, some design elements may no longer display properly) ... to medium sized sites with special functionality for example a multi-user content-management driven calendar for Meet The Composer ... to small business or personal web sites... in addition hypermediative builds added functionality for, updates, maintains, and troubleshoots a similar variety of web sites on a consultative basis, for instance for this artist site.
